Dear Congressman Stupak,

Looking out for the greater good never involves giving in to a provision that will lead to the death of millions of innocent unborn babies. That executive order is worthless.

I so agree with you Barb. Watching the events unfolding yesterday, I found myself yelling at the TV: "You caved! You caved!" It was like Stupak used the whole 'I've got a golden ticket from the president" schtick so excuse caving in on his stance. I hope this can all be undone before people get so comfy with the entitlement they forgot the evil under it. A friend who is an economist said yesterday that this bill is an economic disaster too, but it's a disaster the American people won't feel financially for a while to come. I pray it can be reversed.

He TOTALLY Caved - At the Tenebrae service last night we listened to the story of Judas betraying Jesus for 30 pieces of silver. When I got home and learned of Stupak's compromise, that as the first thing that popped into my head.

I agree. Given who is giving he order and his stance on abortion, any such promise is worthless. The wording had to be contained in the bill for it to have any effect.
