Half an hour ago, this was the view from my living-room window:
5 children (3 of them mine)
4 bike helmets
3 wagons
2 hockey sticks
2 wiffle-ball bats
2 or 3 other "weapons" of undetermined origin
A temperature of 90 degrees and a heat index of 102
Kids in summer. Enjoying themselves as only kids can. There's nothing like it.
